We are seeking a driven and technically astute Business Development Specialist to expand our footprint in the BIM and AEC industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships from end to end.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders and clients to drive revenue, support manpower outsourcing requirements, and deliver sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and engage new business leads through research and social media platforms
2. Qualify inbound leads and schedule client appointments
3. Design and execute warm lead campaigns to ensure pipeline consistency
4. Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their business needs
5. Manage full-cycle sales processes, including contract negotiation and closure
6. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as company representative
7. Create reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and forecasts
8. Support manpower deployment and outsourcing projects
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
10. Gather and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement
Core Skills & Requirements
1. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business development or sales roles
2. Proven background in the staffing industry (mandatory)
3. Expertise in BIM and AEC sector with market insight
4. Strong lead generation and client onboarding capabilities
5. Skilled in contract negotiation and closing strategies
6. Excellent verbal and written communication in English
7. Proficient in creating branded sales presentations and reports
8. Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in fast-paced environments
9. Quick learner with a strategic mindset
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational certification
2. Managerial and team leadership experience preferred
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Work Arrangement: On-site (Singapore)

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
