Responsibilities:
- Assist newly onboarded sellers with outreach, onboarding, and early-stage support.
- Drive seller registration and participation in platform campaigns and key programs.
- Enhance sales and content performance for both mass-market sellers through scalable
initiatives and high-potential sellers through tailored guidance.
- Monitor seller progress and gather feedback to continuously improve training and support.
- Create simple, engaging materials to support seller programs and campaigns as needed.
- Present key platforms and handle daily or ad hoc tasks assigned by the
Acquisition/Incubation Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of relevant
experience in e-commerce, brand management, or seller support.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, livestreaming, and video content.
- A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
- Basic design skills, familiar with Canva or Figma, and knowledge creating short videos.
- Good communications skills in English. Proficient in Mandarin would be a plus.
