Job Title: Business Development
Location: Seri Kembangan (MRT - Putra Permai)
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: Basic + Commission + Incentive + Allowance | EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth order-to-delivery processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Possess own transport and willing to travel (if required).
- Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.
