• Experienced in insurance and contact center operations, with solid exposure to Salesforce CRM and Genesys Cloud platforms. Skilled in process definition, requirements elicitation, and documentation, with a strong techno-functional background.

Pay: RM144,000.00 - RM180,000.00 per month
