Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and system requirements in a healthcare setting.
Analyze hospital workflows, patient records, and operational data to optimize processes.
Work with HIS, EMR, and healthcare IT systems for smooth integration and efficiency.
Conduct testing, training, and stakeholder communication for system implementations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
Degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge of HIS, EMR, and healthcare workflows.
Optional skills :
Strong skills in Agile, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
Experience with JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
