Job Summary:
A Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between an organization’s business objectives and its technical solutions. They analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage and deliver software projects from inception with agreed scope, timeline, cost and quality.
- To facilitate software development lifecycle activities throughout project implementation.
- To manage project risks, issues and changes through the project life cycle.
- To liaise with the development team to analyse business requirements for application development, enhancement and support.
- To be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, closure and post implementation reviews of a project.
- To coordinate internal resources and third party/vendors for project execution.
- To develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- To perform risk management and create/maintain project documentation.
- Any other responsibilities as deem necessary by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Business Administration/related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Possess good knowledge on PMP, PRINCE 2 and Project Management Methodology will be added advantage.
- Possess good understanding on software development lifecycle process.
- Candidate with technical/programming background has added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Malay in both written and verbal.
- Cantonese/ Mandarin in both written and verbal is required.
- A team player with good interpersonal/communication skills and able to work independently.
- Possess good project management, organizational, documentation and reporting skills
