Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and understand business processes.
· Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
· Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
· Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
· Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate system functionality.
· Provide support during the implementation phase, including training and user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Recommend solutions and enhancements based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
· 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
· Experience in Healthcare Industry specifically ,but relevant industry may be considered.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
· Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Degree in IT or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
