Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify and propose improvement to existing processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Prepare documentation including user guides, and training materials.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support implementation.
- Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure alignments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
