- To attend Residents/Owners' complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully.
- To supervise out-source service providers such as Cleaners and Security.
- Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.
- Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval
- Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issue
- To carry out basic maintenance works within the building.
- Collecting all payments
- Well versed or proficient in Property Management System such as CondoMaster / CSS
- At least 2 year of experience in the real estate management industry
- Able work 5.5 days
- Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
