Key Responsibilities:
- Baking Mastery: Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Ingredient Management: Measure, mix, and manage ingredients, ensuring proper storage and handling for freshness.
- Equipment Operation: Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and optimize workflow.
- Training Participation: Engage in training programs to enhance baking skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners willing to learn.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and bread varieties.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
