You need to do…
1. Fully responsible for store management and operation;
2, Formulate plan for store sales and gross profit, and guide the implementation;
3. Convey and implement the work plan of the operation department;
4. Responsible for communication with regional headquarters and other business departments;
5. Responsible for the selection and evaluation of store personnel;
6. Deal with all kinds of emergencies in the store and ensure the orderly management of the store.

1. Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Malay
2. 1-3 years or above store manager or store operation management related work experience, retail and other related brand work experience is preferred. Discussable for experienced employees.
3. Good communication, leadership and coordination skills, strong affinity, can withstand greater work pressure;
4. Tough character, strong combat effectiveness, with the ability to survive in difficulties, setbacks, tough adversities;
5. Strong business sense and sense of touch, can effectively promote store sales and provide high standards of customer service;
6, Priority for lifestyle toy lovers;
7, Bachelor degree or above.
【岗位职责】
1、全面负责门店管理及运作；
2、制订门店销售、毛利计划，并指导落实；
3、传达并执行营运部的工作计划；
4、负责与地区总部及其他业务部门的联系沟通；
5、负责门店人员的选拨和考评；
6、处理店铺内各类突发事件，确保店铺管理工作有序进行。
【岗位要求】
1、中文和马来语听说读写能力优秀
2、具有1-3年及以上店长或门店运营管理相关工作经验，有零售等相关品牌工作经验的优先；
3、良好的沟通、领导和协调能力，亲和力强，能承受较大的工作压力；
4、性格坚韧，战斗力超强，具备在困难、挫折、艰苦的逆境中生存的能力；
5、较强的商业意识和触觉，能有效促进店铺销售及提供高标准的客户服务；
6、热爱潮玩产品优先；
7、本科及以上学历，工作经历优异者可放宽。
