Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Beverage Innovation, Barista Training, Mixology is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants must be willing to travel for work.

Job Description:
- Responsible for training baristas of all brands under Secret Recipe group.
- Establishing new beverage recipes.
- Establish and record approved standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current beverages.
- Responsible to implement quality and sensory evaluation.
- Assist in implementation all new SKUs, improvements or cost saving activities.
- Assist and involved in troubleshooting, brainstorming and contributing expertise throughout the R&D process.
- Keep updated of current beverage trends and technology.
- Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company SOP, food safety standards and Halal requirements
