Key Responsibilities
- Assist trainers in preparing training materials and logistics.
- Support in delivering training modules and activities.
- Help coordinate training schedules and participant attendance.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to training programs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance training delivery.
Requirements
- Must be a student from CIAST or other recognized technical institutions.
- Basic knowledge in automotive, or mechanical fields is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Willing to travel or work at training sites when needed.
