Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation:Crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and blended drinks, according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Customer Service:Greeting customers, taking orders, making menu recommendations, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the customer experience.
- Equipment Operation:Skillfully operating and maintaining coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
- Order Processing:Using the point-of-sale (POS) system to take orders, process payments (cash and card), and handle transactions accurately.
- Workstation Maintenance:Keeping the work area, countertops, and seating areas clean and sanitary.
- Stocking:Monitoring and restocking supplies like coffee beans, cups, lids, syrups, and food items.
- Teamwork:Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflow, and good team morale.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with brewing equipment and knowledge of various coffee preparation methods.
- Customer Service:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on creating a positive and inviting environment.
- Operational Skills:Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, multitask, and work well with a team.
- Knowledge:Understanding of coffee types, different roasts, and menu offerings, including potential dietary restrictions.
- Soft Skills:A friendly and positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for coffee.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM10.00 - RM20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 42 per week
