● Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks
● Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins and cups (inc: take out equipment supplies)
● Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
● Keeping the work environment and working area clean, sanitary and organized
● Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints
● Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
● Develop new drinks and refining the menu
● Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
● Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
● Prepare beverages following recipes
● Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
● Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
● Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators/storing space)
● Managing inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring bar/brewing equipment and appliances to ensure they are in good working order
● Comply with health and safety regulations
● Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
● Previous experience as a barista and GOOD KNOWLEDGE WITH LATTE ART will be highly valued

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
