Location : Paradigm Mall, JB / Toppen Shopping Centre, JB
Responsibility:
- Provide friendly service and guide customers on the steps for baking process.
- Building good relationship with customers.
- Ensure customers bake in a fun and happy atmosphere by communicating with them.
- Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned at anytime.
- Work together with team members to facilitate big group events & parties.
- Provide consultation to customers to sign up for membership package.
- Perform other management duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, research & development, answer phone inquiries etc
Requirements:
- A good team player. Responsible.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
- Good in time management, customer service and communication skills.
- Conversational in English, Malay and Mandarin (optional, is a plus)
- Applicants with customer service or culinary background will be an added advantage.
- Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.
