Position: AWS-CWI Inspector (Certified Welding Inspector)
Location: Kulim, Kedah
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Reports to: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of welds, materials, and equipment, ensuring compliance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards.
- Conduct visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and mechanical testing to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Review and assess welding procedures and techniques, ensuring they comply with project specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports of inspections, including documentation of findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve welding issues and ensure quality assurance.
- Ensure the adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all inspections.
- Conduct training sessions for welders and junior inspectors to maintain high standards of welding quality.
Qualifications:
- AWS-CWI certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding inspection, preferably in the semiconductor sector.
- In-depth knowledge of welding procedures, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
