Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Treasurer’s Office with management of T&M businesses and activities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and London.
- Engage and support local T&M teams in executing business strategies and growth plans.
- Serve as primary liaison with local T&M working-level teams, particularly on matters relating to alignment with Head Office and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain functional knowledge of financial markets’ regulations and best practices across Group T&M geographies.
- Manage and optimize operating interfaces between T&M and non-T&M parties (internal or external).
- Manage T&M-wide change events that require the design and implementation of new and/or significantly altered processes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Direct financial markets experience, or in a role that partners with or supports a financial markets business, is preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial market products and market structure.
- Understanding of internal and external risks including market, liquidity, credit and operational risks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
