Position Description
- Work with distributors in the SEA region to plan and execute sales & marketing strategies and activities according to company goals and plans.
- Liaise with internal teams on financial, contractual, logistics and product registration matters for the assigned SEA countries.
- Set sales targets, evaluate distributor performance and drive the achievement of revenue targets in the assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain relationship as QIAGEN ambassador with key decision makers and prominent market leaders.
- Work closely with market development manager to develop and implement strategies and goals according to market conditions, distributor progress, customer needs and company objectives in the assigned SEA countries
- Provide accurate forecasting and updating and manage key opportunities in SFDC.
- Qualify, access and provide resources and support to commercial partners
- Coordinate product training with distributors in the assigned SEA countries.
- Diligently update sales activities, pipeline and opportunities in SFDC.
Position Requirements
- MSc or BSc in Molecular Biology or Biosciences related fields
- Good knowledge in life sciences or molecular diagnostic industry
- 3-5 years proven managerial, sales & marketing experiences
- 1-2 years SEA’s distributor management experience
- Strong track record of sales achievement
- Willing to travel extensively
