Associate (Accounts Payable-OPS)
What you’ll do:
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including, but not limited to, reviewing merchant bank information, coordinating merchant information updates, and processing merchant payments.
- Support bank reconciliation processes and serve as the point of contact for unresolved bank transaction inquiries.
- Support the preparation of monthly AP reports with detailed analysis of key data and trends.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) schedules, including, but not limited to, the deposit/prepayment schedule , top merchant schedule and AP aging.
- Collaborate with internal team to track task progress and support timely completion of processes and reports.
- Contribute to the improvement of systems, reporting tools, and workflows by suggesting enhancements.
- Provide general support to the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior members of the Finance team.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, a student member/member of professional accounting bodies is a plus;
- At least 2 years of working experience;
- Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-oriented and well organised;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word, PowerPoint and Google Sheet;
