Assistant Technician

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Repair the toilet tapping supply problem, drainage piping clogging, flushing bowl, piping leaking. etc
2. Replace the damaged ceramic tile, floor groove
3. Repair the roof leaking or roof damaged
4. Repair the general electrical item such as socket switch, lighting, fan , broken cable ,etc. If necessary, support other technician to trouble shoot circuit breaker tripped problem
5. Service the air conditional and Small items repair such as office tools such as table& chair, door repair.
6. Repair the damaged tooling shed and rack.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
2. Technical or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
3. 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building services preferred.
4. Experience with basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
5. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
6. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
10. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians or supervisors.
