With a strong international presence, they operate more than 10 sales outlets worldwide.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Assign tasks and monitor worker performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead daily briefings and maintain effective communication across shifts.
- Monitor material usage, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with planning, QA, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare shift reports and provide input for KPI reviews.
- Coach and mentor production operators, promoting a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with production KPIs and lean practices.
Salary Range: RM3.5k - RM4.5k
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
