- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
- Make sure products in good condition when handling
- Improve customer satisfaction and help to get google review on social media
- Immediately and respectfully respond to guest requests; report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaints.
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
- Assist retail team colleagues whenever possible
- Assist in compiling the monthly stock and variance report
- Assist ensuring the prompt fulfillment of orders release
- Responsible deliver of superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution
- Responsible for payment and collections to ensure payment are collected promptly
- Responsible for the inventory checking, merchandising, respond to customer concern, proposing promotion orders, negotiation, execution, payment collection and after sales service follow up.
