We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead the store to success.
Location: Plaza Shah Alam
Working Hours: Full-time, able to work on shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
✅ Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
- Ensure the store meets hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Train, guide, and evaluate crew performance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in F&B/retail is preferred (1-2 years in supervisory role)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
