Job Details:

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders (Technical, Sales, Marketing, LSC, Finance and External stakeholders (Distributors, Trade, etc.) to ensure delivery of effective marketing programs including:
- BIWS recruitment process - closely follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend to the ICAMS contract renewal request and additional investments.
- Onboarding, delivery and E2E execution from trade contract acknowledgement till signage installation at trade workshops.
- Provide contract performance report on monthly basis for ICAMs review and action.
- Analyze data (Sell-in, Sell Out and 3rd party retail data) to identify distribution gaps, threats and opportunities for the channels / retailers in your assigned portfolio.
- Monitor and track Return on Investment (ROI) including monitoring and tracking the marketing spend – SP&A and Marketing rebates, data validation & reconciliation for all BIWS trade promotion and deal support.
- Assist to manage a customer management business process which ensures effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities.
- Develop and execute planned marketing programs for B2Ci channel.
- Delivery of marketing campaigns key focused channels, key focused SKUs changes per quarter/every 6 months.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Experience in campaign execution, market research, and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Team collaboration and leadership potential.
