Job Description: Marcom Assistant
Location: Grand Swiss Bel Hotel Malacca

Reports To: Senior Director of Sales & Marketing
Position Overview:
The Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Assistant will support the execution of marketing, branding and communication initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility, promote services and strengthen engagement with customers and stakeholders. This role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management and administrative support for the MarCom team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters and digital content.
- Support event planning, sponsorship activities and brand activations.
Communications & Branding
- Draft and edit press releases, media content, and internal communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Maintain the company’s corporate image and adhere to branding guidelines.
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and update social media platforms, websites, and online content.
- Track and analyze digital engagement metrics to improve online presence.
- Create engaging content for digital campaigns (Posts, Visuals, Short videos).
Administrative & Coordination
- Assist in liaising with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes for the Marcom team.
- Handle documentation, filing and other administrative duties related to marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Good command of English and Malay.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
