About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Rewards Specialist to design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in total rewards strategy, market analysis, and employee engagement to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze compensation & benefits data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses, scenario modelling, and predictive analytics.
Benefits Strategy & Execution
- Administer employee benefit programs(health, wellness, flexible benefits).
- Partner with third-party providers and ensure cost-efficient program delivery.
Salary Benchmarking & Job Grading
- Conduct market benchmarking and maintain job grading structure.
- Recommend salary adjustments based on data and business needs.
Market Research & Compliance
- Monitor industry trends and ensure regulatory compliance (labour laws, tax).
Total Rewards Projects
- Lead compensation & benefits projects, measure employee satisfaction impact.
Stakeholder & Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership on rewards strategy.
- Manage employee queries and improve rewards communication.
Cost Management
- Balance competitive rewards with cost-effective solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field with ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in strategic reporting, salary benchmarking, job grading and others total Rewards program.
- Possess strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and recommendations.
- Possess a deep understanding of compensation, equity and benefits trends, with a focus on the fintech industry.
- Strong project management skill and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with pragmatism, diagnostic skills and hands-on implementation strength in complex Total Rewards topics.
- High energy and initiative with the ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and ensure precise implementations.
- Clear and concise communication skills to manage good communication internal and external.
- A strong communicator who can build consensus and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- A strong problem-solving skill and ability to address challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
