Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications & Branding
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communications strategy to ensure brand consistency across all BU.
- Manage corporate branding, messaging, and media relations to enhance the Company’s reputation.
- Oversee the creation of press releases, corporate presentations, annual reports, newsletters, and speeches.
- Monitor and manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that align with the Company’s values
Media & Public Relations
- Develop and execute PR campaigns, media events, and press conferences for brand awareness.
- Handle crisis communication, ensuring timely and strategic responses to media inquiries or potential issues.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Develop internal communication plans to informed employees about Company updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Organize corporate events, town halls, and employee engagement programs to foster strong corporate culture.
- Work closely with HCD to communicate employer branding initiatives and enhance employee satisfaction.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage the Company’s website, social media platforms, and digital content strategy.
- Develop and implement content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor online reputation management, ensuring positive brand visibility across digital channels.
Stakeholder & Government Relations
- Act as the primary liaison for government agencies, industry associations, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with communication-related requirements.
- Develop strategic communication materials for stakeholders, partners, and investors.
- Represent the Company at networking events, industry forums, and business conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in a family business or multi-industry environment.
- Strong experience in media relations, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation is an added advantage.
- Strong networking skills with government agencies, industry players, and media personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
