Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the preparation of payroll related documents and ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
· Manage the recruitment and on-boarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
· Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
· Design and administer performance management systems to drive employee development and productivity.
· Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth by evaluating training needs to address employee’s learning and development needs.
· Ensure compliance with employment, insurance, safety and other laws, regulations and requirements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
· Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
· Maintain HR records include past and current records and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
