Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Supervise room attendants and public area staff to ensure high cleaning standards
- Conduct room inspections and follow up on maintenance or guest requests
- Manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and daily task assignments
- Train and coach housekeeping staff on hygiene standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies
- Maintain housekeeping inventories, order supplies, and ensure proper usage of materials
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments for smooth operation
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemical usage, and hygiene standards
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to supervise operational tasks on the ground
