Job Summary:
Responsible for food and beverage operations and standards, training staff and handling customer complaints. The service talent's main function is to promote the hotel F&B Services and ensure guest satisfaction through developing and maintaining a strong team environment with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and delivery of prompt and courteous service.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 3 year of service experience is preferred
- Good work ethics and willing to learn
- Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, any other language is an additional bonus
- Able to work in a team with people from different backgrounds
