Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent dining service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and satisfying experience. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to a manager if needed.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
