Job Title: AS400 Developer - ARCAD
Location: Menara, KL
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve complex production incidents involving AS400 programs and batch processes.
- Perform advanced debugging and deliver critical hotfixes using RPG, RPGLE, CLLE.
- Manage code versioning and deployments using ARCAD DevOps suite (or Turnover).
- Lead technical root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
- Handle database maintenance, SQL queries, and file updates in DB2/400.
- Oversee job monitoring, recovery from batch failures, and scheduled task management.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning for RPG applications.
- Mentor L2 support teams and contribute to technical documentation and SOPs.
Required Skills:
- Strong programming experience in RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, and ILE concepts.
- Expertise in production support, RCA documentation, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in DB2/400, SQL, and file management on IBM i.
- Familiarity with job monitoring, batch job handling, and spool file management.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation.
Good To Have:
- Experience with ARCAD DevOps suite or Turnover for CI/CD and deployments.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
