Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Work Experience: Candidates with experience in the courier or logistics industry are preferred.
- Responsive and able to provide quick responses.
- Skills Requirements: Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills; a good team player.
- Others: Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess strong stress management abilities.
Responsibility
- Responsible for managing Business Partners and establishing and maintaining strong cooperative relationships with them.
- Communicate the latest company information, policies, and notices to Business Partners.
- Plan and manage parcel collection and delivery operations within the assigned area to ensure timely and secure handling.
- Handle customer complaints and issues to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all operations within the area comply with the company's safety standards.
- Responsible for building and managing the area team to enhance overall team performance.
