What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain network and infrastructure systems (servers, storage, firewalls, switches, routers, O365, VMware, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues
- Monitor system health, backups, and security alerts
- Apply security patches, upgrades, and vulnerability fixes
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production, and Disaster Recovery environments
- Collaborate with teams to support IT operations and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, audits, and security best practices
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and reports
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 6+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure and network support
- Hands-on skills in server, storage, backup, network, and security systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, O365, VMware, Firewalls, VPNs, and SIEM tools
- CCNA certification (advantage)
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project skills
- Ability to work under pressure and support urgent incidents (after hours if needed)

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
