We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Area Manager to lead our spa operations, manage teams, and uphold our brand's commitment to service excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of spa outlets, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency
- Lead and manage spa concierge and therapist teams, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Handle and resolve customer complaints across outlets to ensure consistent satisfaction
- Promote spa services and retail products to meet sales targets
- Manage inventory and equipment; ensure stock levels and functionality are maintained
- Liaise with vendors for supplies and spa maintenance
- Plan and execute group sales, including corporate events and bulk bookings
- Provide training for new hires and ongoing coaching for team members
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
- Fluent in English or Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self-disciplined, responsible, and proactive
- Pleasant, friendly, and customer-service oriented
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
What We Offer:
- Basic Salary: RM4,500 – RM8,000 (based on experience & can go higher if have similar experience in the same industry)

- Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
