- Check drawings for discrepancies and issue request for information.
- Coordinate with all building works.
- Liaises with consultant, client team for building work.
- Follow up material procurement for Building Materials.
- Prepare documents and shop drawing for building works.
- Prepare handover documents and CCC documents.
- Liaise with sub-contractor and assess sub-contractor performances.
- Monitor all the work progress and quality of sub-contractors work by daily inspection.
- Prepare site daily report and weekly progress report.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management and/or the Superior.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Architectural or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Advanced in AutoCAD Software.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Excel.
- Familiar with BIM will be added advantages.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to relocate and work in Johor Bahru.
