Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Concept Development
- Develop innovative and functional interior and architectural concepts based on client needs and project requirements.
- Create mood boards, sketches, space plans, and 3D renderings.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and color schemes.
2. Project Documentation
- Prepare and present detailed design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Produce working drawings, construction documents, and specifications for implementation.
- Ensure all drawings are compliant with local codes, safety regulations, and standards.
3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, budget, and expectations.
- Present design proposals and modifications for feedback and approval.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Site Supervision & Execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent.
- Solve on-site design issues in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate timelines and manage deliverables to meet deadlines.
5. Project & Resource Management
- Assist in project budgeting, cost estimates, and material sourcing.
- Track project progress and report updates to clients and senior management.
- Support procurement of materials and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and design trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
