Architectural & Technical Drawing (JOB APPLICABLE FOR BELOW 35， PREFER MALE)
- Drafting Architectural Plans: Using CAD software to create precise architectural drawings based on specifications from architects and engineers.
- Interpreting Designs: Translating architectural sketches into detailed technical drawings.
- Ensuring Compliance: Making sure all drawings adhere to building codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Revising Drawings: Modifying designs based on feedback from architects, engineers, or clients.
- Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy.
- Site Measurements: Conducting on-site visits to take measurements and verify dimensions.
- Creating 3D Models: Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to generate 3D renderings.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
