- Serve as a primary point of contact for application-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both frontend and backend application problems, including UI issues, API failures, database errors, and integration faults.
- Monitor application performance and availability using appropriate tools and logs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to development or engineering teams with detailed diagnostics and replication steps.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and developers to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for known issues, solutions, standard operating procedures, and FAQs.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users and internal teams as needed.
- Participate in release cycles, including testing, validation, and deployment support.
- Identify and suggest continuous improvements to processes and support practices.
