Job Description
- Work location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor
- Basic salary range: MYR 1,700.00 – 2,000.00
- Fix allowances range: MYR 100.00 – 300.00
- Starting date: August 2025
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Key duties/ responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain network & security device operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Keep record of problems and customers solution
- Follow-up with customers
- Reporting base on projects
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Application/ System/ Computer Science/ ICT Engineering/ Networking or equivalent
- At least TWO (2) year working experience in related field. Possess a knowledge and experience in technical and operational equipment, software, network equipment and applications in Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
- Able to work independently with minimize supervision
- Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline
- Possess own transport (motorcycle/ car) as well as must be willing to travel
