About the Role
We’re looking for someone who gets excited about automating problems before they become bottlenecks.
As an AI Automation Intern, your mission is to turn high-leverage ideas into real automations that save time, reduce friction, or generate revenue — both for our internal team and our clients. You’ll use tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, LangChain, and more to build reliable, scalable agentic workflows.
You’ll also help us document these automations, measure their impact, and continuously explore new tools and techniques to push the limits of what’s possible.
This is a remote internship position. Kindly confirm with your university if they recognize and approve remote internships.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Project to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Design, prototype, and deploy workflows using AI tools and platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, LangChain, etc).
- Write prompt logic, test and debug automations, and ensure workflows are stable and scalable.
- Document your work with clear SOPs and Loom walkthroughs to ensure reproducibility.
- Track hours saved or impact delivered and report outcomes weekly.
- Build a central internal library of automations for reuse and iteration.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and suggest new applications to test and explore.
- Present learnings and a forward roadmap at the end of the internship.

Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n).
- Bonus if you have Python, JavaScript, or LangChain/vector DB experience.
- Interest in workflow design, systems thinking, and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
