Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment of new Life Planners (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
- Support onboarding and engagement of new recruits.
- Organize agency events, training, and recognition activities.
- Manage recruitment materials, social media postings, and branding initiatives.
- Prepare reports and maintain candidate/agency records.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
- Good communication & people skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Interest in recruitment/HR or financial services is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
