Position: After-Sales Executive
Industry: Motorcycle
Working Days: 6 days per week (Off day on Sunday)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints after purchase
- Coordinate service appointments and follow-up on repair or maintenance jobs
- Liaise with service technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage warranty claims and documentation
- Monitor customer feedback to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Able to work 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
