Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Analyze user behavior and trends to improve ad creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor daily ad performance, make real-time adjustments, and report on key metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
- Forecast and manage advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
- Run A/B tests on creatives and targeting strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with digital ad trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic ad platforms.
- Highly analytical and data-driven; skilled in using ad platforms’ analytics and third-party tools.
- Strong understanding of ad creatives and visuals that attract target users.
- Detail-oriented, performance-focused, and always striving for better results.
- Excellent time management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
