Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years digital marketing experience (fresh graduates considered)
- Trilingual: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Hands-on experience with:
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Strategize, launch & optimize paid campaigns
- Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions)
- A/B test ad creatives & landing pages
Performance Optimization:
- Allocate budgets for maximum ROI
- Implement audience targeting strategies
- Adjust bids based on real-time data
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work with designers on ad creatives
- Generate monthly performance reports
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes
