Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the executive
- Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Support teams with various administrative tasks
- Provides information by answering questions and requests from clients
- Sort and process both incoming and outgoing mails
- Deal with client complaints and issues
- Collects and updates information to maintain departmental records, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office
- Process end-of-day reports
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Familiar with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Familiar with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Highly efficient time management skill
- Able commence work immediately
- No work experience required
- Full-time position(s) available
Working Hours:10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
10am to 1pm (Saturday) alternatively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
