Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: Record daily sales invoices, purchase, purchase exchange and sales exchange accurately using SQL Financial Accounting.
- Data Entry and Documents Collection: Inputting customer's details in loan application system and requesting requested documents from customers.
- Loan Processing and Compliance: Facilitating customer's loan application from application submission to the end of the process and ensuring customers comply to the procedures. Product handover will either involve face-to-face interaction or parcels shipment.
- Key Liaison and Communication: Liaise between customer, upper management and third party regarding customer's loan process. Communicate with other teams to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Dispute Resolution: Resolve any arising issues from customers, shipments and third parties.
- Operation Maintenance: Able to follow and get familiarised with company's existing workflow, procedures and operations with minimal errors.
- HR Support: Posting position vacancy (if any), performing initial screening of the candidates and setting up interview with upper management.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Designing posters advertising our products and services.
- Customer Service: Attend to customers' inquiries and maintain good satisfaction in customer service.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including general office duties and any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses minimum a diploma preferably in Business Administration or other related courses.
- Preferably candidate with previous working experience in Administrative Role or related, but Fresh Graduates with high willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in SQL Financial Accounting, Canva, loan processing and/or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, proactive, good problem solving skill, critical thinking and organized.
- Able to work independently and multi-tasking.
- Good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work retail hours
- Required languages: Bahasa Melayu, English
- Priority: Able to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
