We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Finance and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Provide support to the Finance team, such as preparing payment documents, checking receipts/invoices, and assisting in basic accounting tasks
- Support the Operations team by helping coordinate office activities, logistics, and scheduling
- Perform general office duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure administrative processes run smoothly
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field (Admin/Business/Finance preferred)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Willing to learn and assist in various office functions
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
