- Check sales staff’s claims
- Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently
- Ensure that SCM and CSA documentation checklist are forwarded with completeness and accuracy
- Monitor and tracking of sales performance of assigned sales persons
- Monitor and follow-up of all KIVs matters prior to disbursement
- Track loans not disbursed, FA cancellation or no MRTA take up or cancellation
- Any after sales request, after disbursement request or follow up upon Letter of Offer signed that raised by customer or CSA
- Solicitor management
- Managing leave, monitoring staff attendance, office maintenance and expenses administration in the event of PA's absence
- Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies and procedures, including all compliance procedures and guidelines
- Reduction of incomplete loan submission (all products)
